The last couple of days have been busy at work because I'm taking both Friday and Tuesday off to make the most out of a long weekend. Monday's a national holiday, "Respect for the Elder's " day. It's great having your birthday fall on 'Old People's' day....!!

The weather is finally cooling down a little. Instead of using the AC (usually set at 29C), the windows are usually left open in the staff room now and there's a nice breeze that comes through...very pleasant. I hope it'll be as nice in Tokyo..!

I called Iwata san to say that I wouldn't be available this evening for our weekly informal Japanese class..so I had the whole evening to get things ready. However, I find that when I have more time to get things done, I also tend to waste more time...

Talked with Sheila tonight, and it looks like a few of us will be getting together tomorrow night downtown. I mentioned this to Takuto who said that he would be able to make it as well, it'll be nice to meet up!

Anyways, I'll be leaving bright and early tomorrow for Tokyo, I'm so excited!! I just finished packing, and am ready to go to get some sleep now. I will write all about it when I get back, good night! :)
