Curry dinner

I spent half the day at school today. I asked one of the teachers if she could help me with directions on how to get to Yamaguchi by car, and it turned into a group effort (all teachers got involved) looking up information on the net, printing out maps and offering suggestions of places to sight see etc. I love the teachers at my school, we still manage to joke around a lot despite the language barrier.

I headed down to the library in Isahaya after school to pick up a street map to take with us tomorrow. Even though it's all in kanji, it may come in handy...!

When I got home, as I was walking from the parking lot to the door, the smell of delicious curry permeated the air..when I walked in, I found that Sheila had not only prepared a bari umaka curry dish, but had also cleaned my entire apartement!

We invited both Shimasaki and Kitano sensei over. It was a great evening, made plans to go to visit Sheila together in Kochi.
